Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics and IIG Vietnam cooperate in implementing the field of English and Informatics following the international standards

On December 24, 2020, Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics and IIG Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in training, assessment, output standards, and certification for students of the University.

Attending the Signing Ceremony, on the side of Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics, we have Dr. Dong Van Ngoc – Principal,  Mr. Cao Van Sam – Vice Chairman of VET Association, Ms. Hoang Thu Phong – Head of Accreditation Department – Vocational Education Association. On the side of IIG Vietnam, we have Mr. Doan Hong Nam – President of IIG Vietnam and representatives of related departments.

Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics is a national school, approaching regional and international level, has become a prestigious training and applied research place in the country, actively integrating regionally and internationally. In order to improve students’ English and IT skills, the school is always ready to help students prepare useful skills to achieve success in their studies as well as in their future careers. Therefore, the school has chosen IIG Vietnam as a partner to deploy international English and Informatics training programs so that graduates can have sufficient language and technology skills meeting the demand for high-quality human resources of the digital technology era.

At the signing ceremony, representatives of the two sides identified agreements to implement the cooperation program. Specifically, in the field of English, IIG Vietnam will coordinate with Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics to organize an international TOEIC test for students of the school and students of other schools who wish to register for the test at the school venue. For the field of Informatics, we will coordinate to organize exams and standardize information technology skills for lecturers and students of the school according to international standards IC3 and MOS exams.

In addition, also within the framework of cooperation, Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics will work with IIG Vietnam to build English and Informatics programs according to international standards, provide review software, and teach English to students in order to standardize the output of foreign language and Informatics skills for students of the school, ensuring that they will have enough knowledge and skills to serve their future work and life after graduation.

The signing ceremony has marked a new milestone in English and Informatics training at Hanoi College for Electro-Mechanics. Through the cooperation between the two sides, students will have access to the most advanced English and IT standards in the world, ready to prepare for the path of integration and join the workforce quality for the country.
