The Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) is pleased to announce the application and selection process of the 2016 VEF Fellowship Program. In 2016, VEF expects to award approximately 34 fellowships for Vietnamese nationals to pursue master’s or master’s/Ph.D. degree programs, through cost-sharing agreements with U.S. universities, including tuition fee, stipend, medical and health insurance, professional development grant, and other expenses. VEF receives an annual budget of U.S. $5 million from the U.S. Congress until 2018.
