- Deadline for correcting information:
– If candidates wish to change their ID documents or update personal information after completing registration, they must contact IIG Vietnam at least 5 working days before the test date.
– Requests for information correction submitted after the deadline will not be accepted or processed. - Eligible cases for information correction:
a) Spelling or content-related errors:
– Minor errors in the full name or ID number;
– Missing or incorrect characters in the English name field due to spelling or typos; missing or incorrect letters in any of the following: family name, middle name, or given name;
– Errors in the date of birth format (e.g., incorrect day/month/year order, or reversed day and month);
– Other personal information, such as nationality, gender, or email address.
b) Changes to ID documents and ID photo:
– Candidates may change their identification document type if the document submitted during the registration process has been lost, expired, or is being held by the authorities..
– The updated ID must belong to the registered candidate and comply with IIG Vietnam’s Regulations on ID documents
- If incorrect or unapproved information is found on the test day and no correction was made in advance, the candidate will not be allowed to take the test, and no test fee refund will be provided.
- In cases where a change of ID document is required due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the document being recalled by the authorities due to incorrect information, or being lost or damaged, candidates are advised to contact the hotline at 1900 636 929 as soon as possible for assistance and further guidance.
