Thank you for your trust and continued support of IIG Vietnam. To enhance our service quality, we would like to inform you of a change in our customer service location in Hanoi.

Starting September 15, 2025, The Customer Service Desk will be relocated from IIG Vietnam – Trung Yen Office (3rd Floor, Trung Yen Plaza, No. 1 Trung Hoa, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi) to IIG Vietnam – Giang Van Minh Office (No. 75 Giang Van Minh, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi).

Services available at the new location include:

• Registration for post-test services
• Collection of test results
• Consultation and customer support

Please note: The Trung Yen Office will continue to serve customers until September 12, 2025.

Gift distribution for candidates of the TOEFL Challenge 2024 – 2025 and the Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship – Viettel 2025 will still take place at Trung Yen Office as previously notified.
