Starting from April 21, 2025, the registration process for TOEIC and TOEFL ITP tests will be conducted 100% Online. Candidates no longer need to visit the IIG Vietnam office in person. All steps—from filling out the application form, selecting the test schedule, to making payment—can now be done quickly and conveniently from home.

1. Required Documents

• A 3×4 ID photo file (JPG or JPEG format), size between 10KB and 200KB, dimensions 354 x 472 pixels, meeting the ID photo requirements. [View requirements here]

• A clear photo of both sides of your identification document (ID card/ Citizen ID card/ Passport/ Birth certificate & Verification letter for candidates not yet eligible to obtain an ID). The photo must be properly cropped, with all information visible. File size should be between 10KB and 500KB.
• A valid identification document in accordance with IIG Vietnam’s regulations. [See accepted ID types here]
• A bank card or account for online payment using one of the following:

– VNPAYQR app

– Domestic bank card/account

– International payment card

– VNPAY e-wallet

• Required information:

– Full name (in Vietnamese)

– Date of birth

– ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport number

– Address

– Phone number

– Email address

– Test information (based on the available schedule on the system)

2. Steps to Register for English Tests Online

Step 1: Log in to the registration system

• Visit: https://online.iigvietnam.com/en/
• Enter your username and password, then click Login
• If you don’t have an account, click Register and follow the instructions

Step 2: Select the test

• Click Test Registration
• Choose English Tests
• Select the test: TOEIC Listening & Reading / TOEIC Speaking & Writing / TOEIC Speaking / TOEFL ITP

Step 3: Enter required information

• Fill out your personal details
• Fill out your contact details

• Fill out your test details

You no longer need to schedule an office appointment to complete registration or select a test date.

Simply choose your test region, and the system will display available test schedules in that location.

• If needed, register for additional services or make other requests, such as choosing a result delivery method or requesting an invoice.

* Note: Only select additional services if needed. Please read the “Description” section for each option carefully.

Note: Carefully read the terms and conditions. Check the box to confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the test regulations.

Step 4: Confirm registration

• Review your entered information, then click Continue
• If all information is correct, proceed to the payment confirmation screen

Step 5: Review payment details

• The test fee will display based on your registered occupation (student or other)
• If you have a promotional code, click Apply, enter your code, and complete the necessary fields
• Tick the box: “I agree to the Payment Terms”

Step 6: Make the payment

• Choose a payment method: QR code, domestic card, international payment card, or VNPAY e-wallet
• Carefully enter and double-check your payment information

Note:

– Complete the payment within 15 minutes. If you exceed this time, your seat will no longer be reserved, and you will need to start the registration process again.

– Select your preferred payment method: QR code, domestic card, international payment card, or VNPAY e-wallet. If you wish to change it, you will need to re-register.

– During the payment process, avoid clicking the “Back” button in the browser toolbar. Use the “Back” button in the payment interface (next to the VNPay icon) to switch payment methods or select “CANCEL” to restart the registration process.

Step 7: Confirmation

• After a successful transaction, the portal will display your test and payment details
• Review and confirm this information carefully

Step 8: Application approval

• You will receive an email notification after payment. This is not the final confirmation of your registration.
• IIG Vietnam will verify your application. You will receive the final result no later than 5 working days before your test date.
