Important: Changes to Service Availability Due to Internal Trainingin July 2024

Dear Customer,

IIG Vietnam is conducting internal training in July 2024, resulting in the following temporary adjustments to our service schedule across all offices (Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City):

Hanoi Headquarters and Office

Da Nang Branch Office

Ho Chi Minh City Branch Office

July 1-2:

Suspended Services: Registration for post-exam services and call center consultations.
Available Services: On-site exam registration, exam result issuance, and handling of exam reschedule/cancellations. Direct consultations and candidate inquiries are also available.

July 3 onward: Regular office operations resume.

July 22-23:

Suspended Services: All exam registration activities, post-exam services, and direct consultations.
Available Services: Call center consultations.

July 24 onward: Regular office operations resume.

July 26-27:

Suspended Services: Exam registration and post-exam service registration.
Available Services: Exam result issuance, handling of exam reschedule/cancellations, direct and call center consultations. Additionally, the Ho Chi Minh City office will maintain the normal exam schedule.

July 29 onward: Regular office operations resume.
