Today, 21^st October 2011, IIG Vietnam solemnly organized Ho Chi Minh Branch – New Office Opening Ceremony at 8^th floor, no. 538, Cach Mang Thang Tam street, ward 11, district 3, HoChiMinh city.

Present at the opening ceremony were Mr. Tran Huong – Deputy Chief of Department, Vice Director of Representative Office of Education & Training Ministry at HCM City, Mr. Alex Yu – Director for South East Asia – Educational Testing Service (ETS), Ms. Maureen Sullivan – Director of Work & Travel Program – CIEE, Mr. Ken Ang – Project Director – Sanako Group; Associate Pro. Dr. Ngo Huong – Rector of Banking University, Pro. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong – Rector of University of Economics HCMC, Dr. Bui Anh Thuy – Rector of University of Labour and Social Affairs, Associate Pro. Dr Mai Hong Quy – Rector of HCMC University of Law, Dr. Nguyen The Bao – Rector of VATC, Mr. Tran Van Hai – Rector of Hung Vuong Technique Vocational School and representatives of universities, colleges and organizations, enterprises, groups… in South Region.

Established in 2000, over 10 years of development, IIG Vietnam has gradually confirmed itself the leading organization in education field in terms of: International Test Administration; Consultation and Training Services; Educational Consultation and Accreditation; Overseas Study Service; Professional Evaluation of Academic Credentials… and being known as the country representative of many big organizations in the world including ETS, Certiport, CIEE, Sanako, CGFNS, ICD, AIFS. At present, to meet customers’ demand, IIG Vietnam’s HoChiMinh Branch Office has been moved to the new address. With wider scale and modern facilities, we strongly believe that the new office will be the convenient working environment encouraging our staff’s devotion as well as providing our customers with the best quality products and services.

In the ceremony, IIG Vietnam with a view to fostering the cooperation relationship, thanking its partners in joining hands to improve English teaching quality, Mr. Doan Hong Nam – IIG Vietnam’s President and Mr. Alex Yu – ETS’s representative awarded “TOEIC golden partner” certificate to univerities’ representatives.

Also in the occasion of HoChiMinh Branch Office Opening Ceremony, IIG Vietnam officially introduced the cooperation programs with CIEE – a non-profit, non-governmental international exchange organization. For over 60 years, CIEE’s mission has been: "to help people gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world." Being CIEE’s country representative, IIG Vietnam will cooperate with CIEE in introducing and carrying out: Work & Travel, Internship & Trainee and Teach in Vietnam programs.
