On 12th May 2011, President of IIG Vietnam – Mr. Doan Hong Nam met with  Mr. Matthew Redman – Product and Marketing Manager, Teach Abroad Programs, CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) at IIG Vietnam’s headquarter – IIG Building – 75 Giang Van Minh, Hanoi.

Founded in 1947, CIEE is one of the U.S’s leading non-governmental organizations. With over 60 years experience, CIEE’s main fields of operation are outbound international education experiences for university students, faculty and administrators, study, work, and internship opportunities for people coming into the U.S.  

At the meeting, two parties reached an agreement on cooperation program. Under the cooperation program, CIEE will provide IIG Vietnam with Bachelor of English and TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) certified teachers for teaching at universities, colleges, foreign language centers in Vietnam. Intensively trained and certified for TOEIC & TOEFL – oriented teaching method by ETS (Educational Testing Service), native teachers with high academic standards, responsibility and commitment will help Vietnamese students acquire English knowledge and inspire Vietnamese students to make effort in foreign language learning.
