On May 23^rd 2011, IIG Vietnam officially signed the cooperation agreement with Thai Nguyen university of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA). Under the agreement, IIG Vietnam will coordinate with TUEBA to implement international – standard English and IT tests at the university.

Under the cooperation agreement, IIG Vietnam – the country representative of ETS will coordinate with TUEBA to standardize English language for the university’s students by the TOEIC test – Test of English for International Communication for non-native English speakers. Accordingly, TOEIC will be used for TUEBA students’ English assessment, placement tests and criterion for graduation. With an aim to standardize TUEBA English teachers on TOEIC-oriented teaching method, a  teacher training course will be held for TUEBA teachers.

Besides English standard, IIG Vietnam also introduced  IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification)  – the international Certificate on basic computer and internet skills issued by Certiport and MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) – the worldwide recognized Office Certificate.
